Can You Cous-Cous?

Want to have a quick and easy lunch that fills you up, without the guilt of consuming an excessive amount of carbs? The answer is couscous! All you need is access to water, microwave and 1m 30sec of your day and you're done!
Don't blink or you may miss a step; 
1. Find yourself a microwave proof bowl 
2. Add your desired amount of couscous
3. Add enough water to cover the cous- could
4. Set the microwave to 1:30 on high 
5. "Ding!", You're done 

I flavour my cooked couscous with some furikake which is readily available at supermarkets, a poached egg (to add a silky texture to it all) and a protein, something slightly fatty like char sure (BBQ pork) works best.
